The removal and repair of asbestos is a specialist job and for health and safety reasons must only be carried out by a licensed contractor.

As a surveying firm, we cannot undertake this work for you but we can appoint a suitably qualified removal specialist and liaise with them directly on your behalf to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the regulations.

This is an important consideration, because as surveyors, we are entirely objective and are only concerned with compliance to the rules, rather than maximising the profit on a job.
